Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Dogs Custom. We create custom print on demand products featuring K9-inspired designs on items such as t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tumblers, and other merchandise.
Because every product is printed after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, refunds, or size exchanges unless there is a printing error, damaged item, or fulfillment mistake with your order.
All Sales Are Final
All Dogs Custom products are made to order. This means your item is not pulled from a warehouse shelf. It is printed specifically for you after your order is submitted.
Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Ordering the wrong style
- Changing your mind after placing the order
- Not liking the fit
- Not liking the product after receiving it
- Entering the wrong shipping address
- Buying the wrong item by mistake
- Ordering a gift too late for a holiday, birthday, event, or special occasion
No Size Exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges. Please check the size chart before placing your order. Every brand and product style may fit a little differently, so it is important to review the measurements before buying.
If you order the wrong size, we cannot exchange it for another size because the item was printed just for your order.
No Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.
Our products are printed by offsite production partners. Once your order is submitted, it goes into the printer’s production queue. We are not able to pull your order out of that queue or stop production once the process begins.
Please review your order carefully before checking out, including the product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and design.
When We Will Replace an Item
We will gladly help if there is a real issue with the product or order fulfillment. A replacement may be approved if:
- You received the wrong product
- You received the wrong size compared to what you ordered
- You received the wrong color compared to what you ordered
- The design was printed incorrectly
- The item arrived damaged
- The item has a clear manufacturing defect
If the mistake was made by Dogs Custom or one of our production partners, we will work to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. You must include clear photos so we can review the issue and submit the claim to our printer if needed.
Please include:
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
- A close-up photo of the issue
- A photo of the full item
- A photo of the damaged packaging, if the package was damaged
- Your order number
- The email address used when placing the order
Photos are required. Without photos, we may not be able to approve a replacement.
Time Limit for Reporting Problems
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
After 7 days, we may not be able to replace the item because our print partners have deadlines for reporting damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error or the printer’s error.
Please double-check all names, wording, spelling, dates, badge numbers, unit names, dog names, and any other custom details before placing your order. If the information was entered incorrectly at checkout, we cannot replace or refund the item.
Color Differences
Colors may appear slightly different from one screen to another. Phone screens, computer monitors, and tablets can all display color differently.
Small color differences between what you see on your screen and the printed product are not considered defects.
Shipping Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is shipped to the address you provided and that address is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
If a package is returned to the printer because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply if the item can be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, Dogs Custom and our print partners do not control the carrier’s delivery speed.
Shipping delays can happen because of weather, holidays, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, household members, neighbors, front office, mailroom, or delivery location first.
Why We Have This Policy
Print on demand helps reduce waste because products are only made after someone orders them. That also means returned items cannot simply be placed back on a shelf and sold again.
We keep our policy firm so we can continue offering custom designs without building unnecessary waste into the process.
